      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure health, safety, and personal needs are being met for up to 32 residential rehabilitation sites
      - Oversee all supervisory duties of Resident Advisor monitors, including scheduling and task completion
      - Conduct performance reviews of Resident Advisor monitors and address customer complaints promptly
      - Review documentation of all consumer activities to ensure compliance with state standards
      - Respond quickly to emergencies, crises, or unexpected problems during shifts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to connect technical solutions with a goal of enhancing customer value
      - Ability to react quickly and with a sense of urgency to requests and issues
      - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Previous experience in a supervisory role or related field preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in home healthcare or working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
      - Familiarity with regulatory standards of The Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing situations
      - Training in crisis intervention or similar fields
