      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial lines business, focusing on nonprofit human services and education institutions
      - Analyze and assess exposures and acceptable risks to determine appropriate coverages and premiums
      - Build and maintain successful relationships with agents to drive positive business flow
      - Underwrite renewals and escalate referrals requiring additional review or approval
      - Coordinate with distribution teams to resolve issues and oversee change management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
      - 5+ years of experience underwriting all commercial lines, including Commercial Property, General Liability, and more
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to analyze and make timely decisions
      - Working towards or already possesses CPCU or other industry equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in underwriting for Nonprofit Human Services and Education sectors
      - Proven track record in building agency relationships and driving new business opportunities
      - Experience with mentoring support staff and conducting training for new hires
