What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and supporting team events
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with members of the Talent Acquisition Outreach Team
- Support recruiting pipeline activities, including events and sourcing
- Maintain accurate records and reports within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Completed a minimum of 65 credit hours
- Ability to work a full 40-hour work week
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
