Collaborate with HUB leadership to align training systems with company standards and best practices, fostering employee development and engagement. As a change agent, you'll leverage your expertise in leadership development methodologies, employee engagement strategies, and coaching techniques to create impactful training programs. How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and oversee leadership training initiatives to improve performance and engagement.

• Implement tiered leadership training programs, incorporating best practices.

• Create and integrate training materials into the LMS, establishing a Train the Trainer program.

• Enhance the DDI trainer certification process and create a pool of trainers.

• Serve as a qualified trainer for leadership programs.

• Partner with HR and Training & Development teams to enhance onboarding programs.

• Track, review, and analyze training KPIs to continuously improve program outcomes.

• Oversee the management of training resources, including people, tools, and equipment.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• Minumum 10 years of relevant experience in leadership and people management.

• Hands-on experience with servant leadership principles.

• Proven ability to drive organizational transformation.

• Expertise in designing and organizing leadership training programs.

• Proficiency with multi-media training software.
