What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and assist with orders and accounts
- Personalize customer interactions and offer additional products during calls
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
- Collaborate with a Customer Service Supervisor for support and guidance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain necessary system requirements for remote work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while managing a high-paced call volume
- Experience working in a virtual environment with a structured schedule
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Capability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in retail or e-commerce
- Familiarity with video commerce or digital shopping platforms
- Technical proficiency with computer systems and troubleshooting
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
