- Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills in wealth planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold a current life insurance license
- Strong desire to learn advanced financial strategies
- Commitment to educating clients rather than solely focusing on sales
- Coachable and dedicated to personal and professional growth
- Willingness to work within a supportive team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial advising or insurance sales

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
