What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate services with other programs and evaluate and develop programs to improve clinical operations
- Develop and oversee Advanced Practice Providers (APP) during shifts and manage workflow
- Educate colleagues, trainees, and serve as a preceptor/mentor/trainer
- Assess acute and non-acute clinical problems through virtual consultation
- Analyze patient data, develop patient management plans, and facilitate necessary patient care

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and Master's degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment
- Board certification by AANP or ANCC required for Nurse Practitioners
- Multi-state licensure in FL, VA, and at least 2 additional states
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience and 3 years of acute/primary care clinical work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of telehealth work experience
- Bilingual in Spanish/Creole
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback
