What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult on existing and new clinical protocols
- Review program functions against DOE and DOH regulations
- Seek out and assist in applying for grant and gift opportunities to support programs
- Oversee school nurse engagement processes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective program delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Registered Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a valid New York license and registration
- Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
- NCCPA Registration and applicable state licensure
- Preferred 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department or Urgent Care setting; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferred 3+ years of experience in school-related projects

- Proficiency in computerized medical recordkeeping and billing systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
