      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify instructional technology needs and recommend solutions aligned with curriculum goals
      - Provide guidance on multimedia tools, virtual learning platforms, and asynchronous teaching best practices
      - Design and produce digital assets, including infographics, videos, and interactive learning products
      - Ensure all digital instructional materials meet accessibility standards and quality guidelines
      - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to implement accessible design practices and assess instructional technology effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced knowledge of instructional technologies and multimedia content creation
      - Proficiency in 360 Articulate (with AI) and familiarity with other multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Google Suite, WordPress)
      - Demonstrated experience applying research methods and/or learning analytics to instructional challenges
      - Knowledge of research administration processes, including proposal development and grant management
      - Ability to work independently and manage moderately complex instructional technology projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with academic publishing or federally funded projects
      - Experience developing professional development programs or online training resources
      - Background working in multilingual or multicultural learning environments
      - Experience designing online courses for higher education or professional training
      - Demonstrated working experience with web development tools and emerging technology trends in higher education
