      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with medical staff, nursing staff, and other providers to improve chart documentation quality
      - Conduct initial and follow-up case reviews
      - Interpret clinical information in medical records accurately
      - Utilize software programs such as Cerner/PowerChart and CDI software
      - Comply with CDI measures of performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BSN or RN with Bachelors in a health care-related field
      - Current RN license to practice nursing
      - 3-5 years of clinical experience
      - Previous experience as a Chart Documentation Specialist
      - Ability to work independently and in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related service
      - Knowledge of compliance to age-appropriate clinical documentation
