  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide seamless continuity of care for established inpatients, performing admissions and addressing cross-coverage issues
  - Facilitate appropriate transfers and contribute to proactive patient care strategies
  - Close critical coverage gaps to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
  - Reduce ER hold times, eliminate treatment delays, and decrease length of stay
  - Collaborate with nurses and on-site providers to improve patient care experiences
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must be an Acute Care or Adult Gerontology Certified Nurse Practitioner
  - Minimum of two years of previous advanced practitioner inpatient hospital experience
  - Ability to complete the first 60 days of orientation on-site at the Virtual Care Center
  - Must reside in the St. Louis metropolitan area for this hybrid/remote position
