  QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Naples, FL. Work with a team that empowers you to empower your patients!

  Schedule: 20hrs/wk
  This position is located onsite in Naples, FL.
  JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
  • NPI & DEA
  • Current National Board Certification
