  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct video visits for primary care patients presenting with acute complaints
  - Assist with after-hours calls for primary care and manage escalations from RNs
  - Support in-basket management for patient communications
  - Schedule visits in 15-minute slots, averaging 4 visits per hour
  - Work onsite at the Mercy Virtual Care Center in Chesterfield, MO, for a minimum of 90 days before transitioning to remote work
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Missouri license required at the start, with additional licenses for Arkansas, Kansas, Illinois, and Oklahoma needed for patient care
  - One to three years of previous Advanced Practitioner experience in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting strongly preferred
  - Ability to work part-time, 24 hours per week, including weekend and holiday rotations
  - Experience with the Epic EMR system is beneficial
  - Strong commitment to quality patient care and collaboration within a healthcare team
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in an integrated health system
  - Previous involvement in video telehealth services
  - Additional certifications in primary care or urgent care
  - Familiarity with Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) programs
  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
