      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct video visits for primary care patients presenting with acute complaints
      - Assist with after-hours calls and escalations from RNs
      - Manage in-basket communications and complete a minimum of 36 visits per 12-hour shift
      - Provide care for patients of all ages within the Mercy Primary Care regions
      - Collaborate with a team utilizing the system-wide Epic EMR

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid Missouri license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
      - Licenses to treat in Arkansas, Kansas, Illinois, and Oklahoma must be obtained
      - One to three years of previous Advanced Practitioner experience in a Primary Care or Urgent setting
      - Ability to work hybrid hours, with a minimum of 90 days in-office prior to starting remote work
      - Commitment to treating diverse patient demographics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with video visits or telemedicine
      - Familiarity with the Epic EMR system
      - Previous experience in a not-for-profit healthcare system
      - Additional certifications in primary care or urgent care settings
      - Demonstrated leadership skills or involvement in clinical excellence initiatives
