What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct video visits for primary care patients presenting with acute complaints
- Assist with after-hours calls and escalations from RNs
- Manage in-basket tasks effectively to ensure timely patient care
- Complete a minimum of 36 visits per 12-hour shift
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-3 years of previous Advanced Practitioner experience in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting
- Must hold a valid Missouri license to practice
- Ability to obtain additional licenses to treat patients in Arkansas, Kansas, Illinois, and Oklahoma
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably Epic
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a virtual care setting or telemedicine
- Additional certifications in primary care or urgent care specialties
- Familiarity with integrated health systems and collaborative care models
- Bilingual skills or experience in diverse patient populations
- Demonstrated leadership or involvement in community health initiatives
