      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Diagnose, treat, and manage individuals or populations of patients in collaboration with physicians
      - Conduct physical examinations and assess the physical and psychosocial status of patients
      - Write prescriptions and perform routine laboratory and diagnostic studies as indicated
      - Educate and counsel patients regarding their health and treatment plans
      - Participate in interdisciplinary quality improvement initiatives in patient care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program; Master’s Degree in an appropriate field
      - State of Ohio Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant
      - National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
      - BLS Certification and eligibility to obtain and maintain Certificate to Prescribe/DEA
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
