What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct care, counseling, and teaching to designated patient populations in various settings
- Perform complete histories and physical examinations of patients
- Order, interpret, and evaluate appropriate laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement appropriate plans of care based on diagnostic findings
- Maintain high-quality and timely documentation of patient interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Master's Degree as a Physician Assistant
- 4 years of primary care/triage nurse practitioner or physician assistant experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) State License and Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) State License required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with patients and medical staff

- Experience in emergency situations and ability to react calmly and effectively
- Skills in taking medical histories and assessing medical conditions
