What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct patient care, counseling, and education in various settings
- Conduct thorough histories and physical examinations for diverse patient populations
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests to inform patient care
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care based on patient assessments
- Maintain high-quality documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum of 2 years of licensed nurse practitioner experience
- Must possess state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with patients and healthcare teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in primary care
- Willingness to obtain licensure in New Hampshire in addition to Massachusetts
- Experience with pediatric patient triage
- Proficient in using Epic electronic medical record system
