What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-quality clinical support as part of the Virtual Clinical Support team
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans in a remote setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional standards
- Participate in continuous education and training to enhance clinical skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts and New Hampshire required upon hire
- Positive attitude, emotional intelligence, and genuine passion for patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

- Additional certifications or specialties within primary care
- Knowledge of healthcare technology and electronic medical records
