What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse
- Implement WakeMed's Patient & Family Centered Care (PFCC) model
- Listen to and honor patient and family perspectives and choices
- Communicate complete and unbiased information with patients and families
- Encourage and support patients and families in participating in care and decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of mandatory training programs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to support the organization's mission, vision, and values

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
