      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN)
      - Assist residents with basic health care needs including bathing, grooming, and dressing
      - Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, behavior, and dietary needs
      - Communicate residents' changing conditions and care concerns to the charge nurse
      - Participate in wellness and recreational programs to encourage resident engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 18 years of age
      - High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
      - Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing or in process of obtaining certification
      - Minimum of 3 months experience in long-term care required
      - Completion of yearly department-specific competency testing and maintenance of continuing education credits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
      - Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) certification in applicable states
