      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative, process, and purchase transaction support to the Department of Nursing
      - Perform requisition entries for financial transactions and resolve issues as necessary
      - Organize and retrieve office and student files and records effectively
      - Assist with travel arrangements and preparation of travel reimbursement requests
      - Supervise front office staff and student workers, ensuring efficient operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Formal education equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Organization Management, general business, or a related field
      - Experience working in higher education preferred
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proficiency in using Microsoft Forms or similar applications for data collection
      - Ability to develop content for external distribution and promotion

      - Experience in administrative roles within a higher education setting
      - Familiarity with accreditation processes and requirements
