What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide education and consultation in evidence-based practice process and data collection and analysis
- Guide development of EBP projects and research studies
- Serve as a resource to answer questions about research, complete literature reviews, and ensure research compliance
- Instruct less experienced personnel on research policies and procedures
- Provide outstanding service to all customers and practice fiscal responsibility

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) PhD, EdD, DNSc, DNP (EBP only)
- 2 years of clinical experience
- 2 years of experience in doctoral work
- Previous research and publication experience beyond dissertation
- Training/experience in the responsible conduct of research

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Appropriate RN specialty certification
