What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide tailored nutritional and program support through one-on-one consultations via phone, SMS, and email
- Deliver expert guidance on medical weight loss, OPTAVIA programs, and products to Coaches and Clients
- Educate and empower Coaches and Clients on health and wellness topics, including behavior modification and exercise
- Collect and document health-related inquiries from Coaches and Clients
- Collaborate with Registered Dietitian Nutritionists to ensure accuracy and quality of program information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, health, or a related wellness field; alternatively, DTR/NDTR credential accepted
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in nutrition, wellness, health coaching, or a related field
- Strong ability to interpret and organize information and apply critical thinking
- Exceptional empathy, active listening, and professional communication skills
- Must maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection and be able to commute to the Baltimore office upon request
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Credentials such as Dietetic Technician, Registered; Licensed Nutritionist; or certifications like Health Coach or CPT through reputable organizations
- Experience in a high-volume customer service or health-related environment
- Familiarity with multiple software platforms for managing inquiries
