      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement novel approaches to circuit and VLSI design, including ASIC development and advanced EDA methodologies
      - Collaborate with team members and external researchers to enhance project outcomes
      - Transfer research findings to product groups to enable new products or types of products
      - Deliver prototypes, patents, products, and/or publish original research
      - Engage in research experience in areas such as Circuit Design, ASIC and VLSI, and Electronic Design Automation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be actively enrolled in a university pursuing a PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field for the entire duration of the internship
      - Prior experience or knowledge in programming skills and technologies such as Python, C, C++, Perl, MATLAB, CUDA, Verilog, SystemVerilog, CAD tool packages, and ML Frameworks
      - Strong background in research with publications at top conferences and/or patents
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Research experience in areas including Circuit Design, ASIC and VLSI Design Techniques, and GPU accelerated EDA
      - Familiarity with PLLs, SerDes, integrated photonics, SRAMs, and power delivery circuits
      - Knowledge of hardware/software co-design and ML accelerators
