- Involved in the hiring and training of all new staff and managing existing staff
- Reviewing and processing invoices/expenses for approval in a timely fashion
- Correctly logging all expense items against the relevant client or deal code
- Understand the importance of Deutsche Bank’s expense policies, using them a guide to process the expenses and avoid claim rejections
- Requesting exceptional approval by the specific Business Manager where required
- Prior experience working as a Team/Personal Assistant and be proficient in booking travel, diary management, processing expenses/invoices and logging call reports
- The ability to work calmly and effectively, and sometimes in a fast paced and pressurised environment
- The ability to interact with staff and their support functions from all levels
- Efficient in Concur utilising it to its maximum potential, making full use of all Artificial Intelligence (AI) features
- A proactive approach to responsibilities, action oriented
- The ability to handle confidential information and use discretion with sensitive issues

Deutsche Bank’s Origination and Advisory (O&A) business provides the full range of investment banking products and services for large-cap and mid-cap corporates and financial sponsors.
Our offering consists of comprehensive financial advisory and capital raising services - including buy-side and sell-side Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring advice, underpinned by one of the world's largest and most successful Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Leveraged Debt Capital Markets (LDCM) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) platforms. Our range of services and strong presence across the globe enables us to complete large, multi-dimensional cross-border, and regional transactions.
You will need to be able to have the ability to correctly prioritise a high number of requests to keep on top of the workload, as well as managing a team. You will be required to be in the office for 5 days a week, to help with the training and development of the team. This a great opportunity for someone who has prior experience working as an Assistant and is looking to progress further in their career.
