What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Operational Finance team with data entry in multiple Accounting ERP Systems and Excel
- Export and manipulate data for financial reporting
- Create monthly reports to support the department's financial activities
- Collaborate with the Associate Director of Finance and Financial Specialist
- Support the overall operational needs of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Enrollment in Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Science, Data Science, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and reliability
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in data entry or financial reporting
- Familiarity with accounting ERP Systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively
- Experience collaborating in team environments
