      • Design and maintain end-to-end observability architectures spanning on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
      • Establish modern design patterns for telemetry ingestion, event correlation, dependency mapping, health scoring, and digital experience monitoring.
      • Ensure that all monitoring architectures align with enterprise architecture, operational maturity goals, and patient-care-driven service reliability.

      SolarWinds & ScienceLogic Ownership

      • Develop advanced architectures for SolarWinds (network/server/cloud monitoring, alerting, NetPath, PerfStack, UDT, VNQM, LA).
      • Architect ScienceLogic SL1 deployments, device models, power packs, AIOps integrations, and automation workflows.
      • Optimize integrations between monitoring tools, AIOps engines, and ServiceNow Incident/Change/CMDB.

      • Experience defining alert thresholds, baselines, correlation rules, and noise-reduction strategies.
      • Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations for event management, CMDB, and automated incident workflows.
      • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in complex, distributed environments.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to various audiences.

      Preferred

      • Experience with AIOps platforms or features (anomaly detection, predictive health scoring, automated remediation).
      • Familiarity with cloud monitoring frameworks (Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, GCP Operations).
      • Scripting/automation experience (Python, PowerShell, API integrations).
