What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to determine space management and occupancy planning needs
- Coordinate occupancy planning projects, from programming to implementation and presentation
- Support and manage customer expectations, conducting annual reviews and quarterly updates
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, providing agendas, minutes, and project management support
- Create and maintain templates and processes to standardize space requests and enhance efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years of experience in space utilization and occupancy planning, workplace design, or related disciplines
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively partner with business owners to deliver flexible space solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience in lieu of degree
- Change Management experience, including developing and implementing workplace strategies
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and design concepts
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multiple projects
- Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving business needs
