      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide prescribed occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists
      - Participate in home environmental assessments and assist with rehabilitation care plan development
      - Transport, transfer, and assist patients with mobility while ensuring safety and comfort
      - Manage patient schedules and report any delays in visit arrivals
      - Maintain and care for equipment and supplies used during therapy sessions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Occupational Therapy Assistant certification: Required
      - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
      - One year of occupational therapy experience: Preferred
      - Two years of rehabilitative services experience or equivalent education: Preferred
      - High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's/Technical Degree in occupational therapy or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
      - Experience working in home health or hospice settings
      - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families
      - Ability to mentor and train staff on technical skills
