      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support for events, workshops, and student services within the Office of Experiential Learning
      - Create and manage dynamic social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials
      - Update and edit the OEL website using WiscWeb
      - Assist in coordinating and promoting OEL programs, including orientations and workshops
      - Serve as a point of contact for inquiries about OEL services and document event attendance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently enrolled student at UW-Madison in good academic standing
      - Ability to work in-person in the OEL office located in Ingraham Hall
      - Reliable individual with an inquisitive and collaborative mindset
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience with MS Office suite and social media platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in administrative support, event coordination, or marketing
      - Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or CanvaPro
      - Knowledge of Eloqua and WiscWeb platforms
      - Small project management experience
      - Creative visioning and organizational skills
