  Your role at Hostinger

  
  

  As an SEO Specialist (Off-site) , you will contribute to the growth of our organic visibility by executing and improving outreach and link-building initiatives. You’ll be hands-on in outreach while also initiating, optimizing, and automating processes to make them more efficient and scalable. You'll support collaboration with external partners and agencies to ensure alignment with Hostinger’s goals. Your work will directly impact our search performance, domain authority, and brand presence across global markets. We’re looking for someone bold and creative —ready to go beyond the usual tactics to unlock new growth opportunities.

  Your day-to-day

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and industry influencers to support outreach and authority-building efforts.
  • Collaborate with and manage external agencies to ensure high-quality execution of outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of SEO outreach campaigns to measure results and uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Continuously improve outreach processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and long-term impact.
  • Align outreach strategies with company-wide OKRs to deliver meaningful SEO outcomes.
  • Use data and performance insights to inform outreach tactics and strengthen search engine visibility.
  • Support digital PR efforts and work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate Hostinger’s SEO performance and brand recognition.

  
  

  Your skills and experience

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong emphasis on outreach and relationship-building.
  • Technically savvy and up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, especially with external partners.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage projects independently.
  • Proactive, accountable, and driven by results with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Collaborative team player with experience working across departments and functions.
  • A creative mindset and a willingness to push boundaries in outreach—you're not afraid to test fresh ideas and explore what’s beyond traditional link-building tactics.
