      Employment Type: Part-Time (20–25 hours/week)

      Position Summary:

      We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and thrives in a role that supports both clinical staff and patients.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
      • Answer phones, take messages, and route calls to appropriate personnel
      • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for medical providers or department leaders
      • Prepare, maintain, and file documents including medical records, reports, and correspondence
      • Coordinate supply orders, manage office inventory, and process invoices as needed
      • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
      • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies in handling confidential information
      • Support overall efficiency of office operations and contribute to a positive team environment

      Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent required
      • 1+ year of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience working in a hospital or clinic environment
      • Associate degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field
