Office Administrative Assistant, Front Desk Receptionist

- Greet customers and maintain front desk and lobby area
- Maintain office/conference rooms/kitchen area clean and tidy appearance
- Coordinate office plant and foliage maintenance with third party vendor (Kim Parker Plant)
- Stock and maintain office supplies, groceries, sundries inventory
- Coordinate work order with building access and schedule of office maintenance
- Maintain Intranet portal documents access for employee with IT department
- Maintain credit card payment log and Purchase order log
- Receive and deliver Office mail and FedEx/UPS shipment
- Maintain wireless phone line and monthly payment
- Maintain office business licenses, business entities compliances
- Coordinate Employee travel arrangement, bookings of flight, hotel, and transportation
- Manage Customer training/visit bookings of travel arrangements, flight, hotel, transportation and catering services
- At least 2 years of receptionist or office admin experience in a hi-tech office environment
- Excellent communication verbal and written
- Attention to detail, organization skills
- High school graduate, with college course works, AA degree or above a plus
- Computer literate, Office Suite especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
