General Shale, Inc., the nation’s leading brick and masonry materials manufacturer, is seeking an Office Administrator for our Augusta, GA plant. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Candidates must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. Candidates must be computer proficient (particularly with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) as well as have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail. A working knowledge of SAP, Infinium/AS-400, and Kronos is recommended. The candidate should also possess experience in HR-related topics such as FMLA, employee benefits, and worker’s compensation.
Associates or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Office Management, or related curriculum preferred. Applicants with 2-5 years of office administration experience are desirable.
