What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide front desk coverage, greeting visitors and managing inquiries both in-person and via phone
- Assist with general administrative support, including data entry, document handling, and report distribution
- Organize and maintain supplies and common areas throughout the school building
- Support the Enrollment Team with enrollment processes and provide accurate information to prospective students and parents
- Assist with technology support, including laptop distribution and collection
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with a School Information System
- Experience handling student records
- Prior work as a front desk receptionist or assistant
- Fluency in additional languages
