What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide office and administrative support for education programs
- Manage data and maintain records efficiently
- Assist with the preparation of rotation materials
- Sort and distribute mail and packages
- Support staff with special projects and other administrative tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be an enrolled undergraduate student
- Ability to work a minimum of 6 hours per week, excluding school breaks
- Capability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in an office or administrative setting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to work Monday mornings
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
