What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform routine clerical and office support tasks, including typing, filing, and data entry
- Maintain records and assist with basic bookkeeping operations
- Provide excellent customer service to the public and internal staff
- Process cashiering duties as required
- Ensure accuracy in all clerical work and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from a standard senior high school or completion of the GED test
- Preferably some clerical and public contact experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to meet established medical and physical standards for the role
- Accuracy and truthfulness in the application process
- Residency requirement: Must live in the City of Citronelle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a clerical or office support role
- Familiarity with public service or government operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
