      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Complete administrative duties to support the timely and accurate completion of court-ordered evaluations
      - Manage records requests and communicate with internal and external partners to ensure timely provision of correct records
      - Prepare and distribute professional case-related communications between stakeholders
      - Generate state invoices on behalf of psychologists for case closings
      - Provide professional customer service to individuals facing various challenges, including those with mental health issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of an Associate's degree in business, secretarial sciences, or related field, or graduation from an approved high school or vocational school
      - Considerable office clerical or secretarial experience, such as court clerk or legal assistant
      - Recent experience using electronic document applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat)
      - Strong professional customer service and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with digitizing documents, organizing electronic files, and managing document workflows through SharePoint
      - Knowledge of the Minnesota Case Information System (MNCIS)
      - Familiarity with the court or legal system
      - Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and prioritize work assignments effectively
