What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and assist the employer team with various administrative and customer support activities
- Assist with prospect and client inquiries, and communicate project information with team members, clients, building officials, and suppliers
- Enter and maintain prospect and client project tracking data in the employer CRM system and other technology applications
- Manage tasks and reminders for projects, and maintain client job folders
- Follow up on client/vendor collection or payment issues and communicate with the Business Owner as necessary
- Assist in achieving high customer satisfaction levels through timely communication with prospects and clients
- Assist in digital marketing support, including website and social media content management
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years-plus experience working as a member of high-performance teams
- Independent work ethic and professional, positive attitude
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong reading, writing, math, and interpersonal communication skills
- Desire to learn and innovate with regard to products, methods, and processes
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Google apps, including YouTube; social media apps; and various web technologies is required. Familiarity with QuickBooks would be a plus.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in outdoor living design and construction
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
