      - Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and fully functional workspace
      - Oversee ordering and inventory of office and kitchen supplies
      - Track budget for all office-related expenses
      - Greet and assist staff and visitors, creating a welcoming environment
      - Actively seek opportunities to improve office operations and strengthen workplace culture

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in office administration, reception, or related roles
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay composed under pressure
      - Initiative and capability to work independently with minimal oversight
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills to support a collaborative office environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing guest relations and office events
      - Familiarity with budget tracking and inventory management
