      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and respond to telephone calls, directing inquiries as necessary
      - Coordinate schedules for senior NEA officials, including appointments and briefing materials
      - Facilitate complex travel arrangements and handle social engagements for senior officials
      - Prepare correspondence, telegrams, and memoranda in accordance with departmental guidelines
      - Maintain confidentiality of Top Secret and SCI information while conducting research and compiling data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Department of State or a similar agency, with a focus on administrative and policy functions
      - Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
      - In-depth knowledge of Department of State operations and office management
      - Proven experience as a senior-level secretary/office manager capable of working under pressure
      - Exceptional writing and communication skills, with proficiency in personal computers and administrative practices

      - Previous roles that involved liaising between senior officials and other departments
