- Lead local relationship with our serviced office supplier and Visa Facilities team
- Office Reception and visitor coorindation
- Lead relationship with Visa Tech teams on office IT support and needs including relationship with Three for local mobile phone contracts
- Management/Tracking of budget, purchase orders, purchasing card
- Health & Safety co-ordination and reporting
- Event Management of in-market and client events including management of hospitality partners/agreements
- Onboarding new starters in Dublin office
- Co-ordination of volunteering/social activities
- Lead local administration of local benefits e.g. Taxsaver
- Owner of shared calendars, mailboxes, distribution lists
- Management of diary commitments and necessary briefings/preparation
- Owner of relationships with Assistants across Irish clients/stakeholders
- Travel bookings and Expenses submissions
- Tracking of Market Development Fund
- Coordination of management meetings and tracking of actions.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
