Job Description
Dickson Auto Parts is looking for an Office Administrator to work in our Shelby branch and run the office. We are looking for an experienced employee that is familiar with AR/AP, Quick Books, will be dealing with multiple branch locations, Payroll, and paperwork reconciliation for the branch stores. You will have an assistant in the office as well to help with the duties and help run the branch stores. You will be dealing with the branch store managers on daily basis and making sure everything is lining up.

Accounts Payable and Receivable
Quickbooks
Microsoft Office
Reconciling Bank Deposits
Reconciling Credit Card Statement
Able to use Email
Multi-Task
Communicate with others well
Additional Information
Full Time Salary.
Starting Wage: Negotiable depending on experience.
