What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist accounting with monthly reconciliation, including downloading invoices and statements
- Create budget reports and submit to external organizations
- Coordinate scheduling of vendors using the vendor management system
- Serve as a point of contact for vendor issues/questions
- Assist in lead generation efforts through targeted internet research
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally in a dynamic office environment
- Proactive Office Manager with strong organizational and research skills
- Experience overseeing vendors, supporting company goals, and managing administrative tasks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Asana, Office365/Google Suite, Notion, and strong technology acumen
