Job Description
- Req#: 24405BR
- Market internal events; create marketing communications consistent with BCG branding guidelines, track and report metrics
- Maintain intranet pages and microsites with the most up-to-date information.
- Create, track responses and analyze results for various surveys
- Provide support for office events, affiliation event planning/coordination
- Provide support for a variety of internal projects: maintain spreadsheets, create polished communications
- Answers telephone and directs calls promptly and professionally to appropriate destination
- Greets visitors in a professional and courteous manner and notifies pertinent individual of visitor arrivals
- Assist with desk/office placement for visitors
- Oversees the conference room booking as required
- Enters visitors in building security visitor database
- Orders food for meetings as needed, establish and maintain relationships with food vendors
- Assist office experience team with other office assistance as needed
- Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in Northeastern University and approved by the university to participate in the January to June 2025 co-op cycle
- Highly detail-oriented, responsive, and able to meet deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to actively think ahead and accept responsibility
- Independent and structured work style; strong dedication and organizational talent
- Flexibility, resilience, reliability, and absolute trustworthiness
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Slack, Trello
- Flexible team player; solid customer service orientation and qualities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and exhibit good judgment
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Co-op will work with the Office Experience team at the Advanced Capabilities Center- Boston (ACC-Boston). The Co-op will have an opportunity to work with and have exposure in event coordination and marketing as well as the other operations related to the running of a BCG office.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
The Office Experience & Marketing Co-op plays an important role in contributing to the overall functioning of the office by providing local operations and project level support to the Senior Manager of Office Operations. Areas of support include but are not limited to, office-wide committees and clubs, planning and implementing company sponsored events such as the annual retreat, and other affiliation and knowledge events.
