What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appropriate staff, maintaining consistency of caregivers and managing overtime
- Ensure daily phone calls to caregivers confirming scheduled shifts
- Maintain client database with appropriate demographics and hours of services
- Assist with clerical duties such as processing payroll and insurance verification
- Maintain client confidentiality and work in compliance with HIPAA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience with scheduling in healthcare
- Ability to type 50 WPM, basic math and data entry skills
- Computer experience essential
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling
