- Answer client calls and support walk-in clients with excellent customer service
- Collaborate with various departments and vendors to address operational matters
- Compile data, process day-end reports, and ensure attention to detail in day-to-day operations
- Multitask in a fast-paced office environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service, receptionist, or call center roles
- Knowledge of modern office practices and independent decision-making
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments and vendors
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data compilation, report processing, and communication with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or call center roles
- Experience working in a government administration setting
