What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide front desk reception, phone monitoring, and customer service to visitors
- Manage office areas, including ordering supplies and maintaining breakroom organization
- Support onsite meetings and events, including room setup and minor technical assistance
- Assist district staff with clerical tasks, scheduling, data entry, and support for engineering operations
- Develop systems for tracking certifications and training for operations team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license
- 1-2 years of general administrative experience, including high-level customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively in a customer service environment, both in writing and in person
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in business administration, communications, or related fields
- Experience in a professional office setting
- Experience managing competing priorities and anticipating the needs of various stakeholders
