      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and financial support to the Department of Environmental Protection
      - Process various service documents independently through AdvantageME
      - Advise staff on proper procedures for contracts and procurement documents
      - Serve as the Maine IT Billing liaison and manage the Department's OIT bill
      - Review and approve cash receipts in AdvantageME for daily deposits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Training, education, or experience in administrative support work demonstrating competency in modern office practices
      - Ability to apply independent judgment, initiative, and decision-making on complex administrative matters
      - Experience performing advanced administrative support tasks at a statewide level
      - Qualifications of Office Assistant I, Office Assistant II, Office Associate I, Office Associate II, and Office Specialist I

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience in financial management or procurement processes
      - Familiarity with AdvantageME or similar administrative software
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to navigate complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
